User C-Cards

A User Card is a C-Map cartridge used for transferring saved data (user points, routes, tracks) between your chartplotter(s) and your computer and PC Planner.  Just think of it as a special kind of floppy disk--much like the ones you use to back up and transfer data with your computer.  Just like a floppy, you can erase files and copy new ones whenever you want to transfer new data from your computer to your plotter.

RayMarine plotters should include the HSB2 interface card, which is standard in all plotters manufactured after January, 2002.  Contact RayMarine if you're unsure whether your plotter has HSB2 installed.
